Set Your Default Statement Style
Save time during statement processing by making sure the statement form you use most commonly is set as your default. From the Main Menu, go to System Setup and then the Accounting/Statements tab. Fill in the "Default" checkbox for your most common statement style. From here, you may also activate or de-activate styles depending on which ones you would like available during processing.

Did you know?
Did you know that you can search by Omission? If you are looking for a group of accounts for example, but want to exclude some from the search, first enter your general criteria in your search screen. Next, hit the Another Request button on the search screen. This will give you an additional request on top of what you have already asked for. Expose the status area on the left and fill in the "Omit" checkbox. Then fill in the search screen with the appropriate information.
For example, if you'd like to get a list of all of your own accounts, but wish to exclude those on credit hold, go to the account search screen and put your ID in the rep field. Hit Another Request, expose the status are and fill in the omit checkbox. Then find the "Credit Hold" checkbox on the Details tab of the search screen and hit the button to search. The list that appears will be all accounts, other than those on credit hold.
